Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexiility, balance, and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

Provides an opportunity for participants to learn the ancient Chinese form of moving, meditation, and relaxation while creating balance between the mind and body. The flowing dance-like movements are able to improve muscular strength, flexibility, join movement, balance, and cardio-respiratory fitness.
