Tri-County Hoarding and Cluttering Task Force

As of this time, the Hoarding and Cluttering Task Force is not convening.

Purpose

Formerly known as the Detroit Hoarding and Cluttering Task Force, the Tri-County Hoarding and Cluttering Task Force, is a collaborative of professionals in Oakland, Wayne, and Macomb Counties, that seek to educate and raise awareness of hoarding concerns in the community and develop community resources and best practices.

Our focus is on:

  • Ages 50 years and older
  • Location: Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb Counties

Task Force participants include:

  •  Family/Caregiver (coping, resources, education, support groups),
  •  Client/Hoarder or Clutterers
  •  1st responder/brief encounter (fire department, Humane Society, etc.
