DESCRIPTION:Dignity at the End of Life Seminar\nThe one-day workshop will provide participants with the resources to work through advanced care planning for themselves (and loved ones) and begin to prepare for the conversation with their loved ones. \nTopics to be covered will be Spiritual Care\, Ethical and Legal Considerations. Learn about organ donations\, death doulas\, Hospice\, green burials and more \nParticipants will:\n\nBe equipped with sufficient information to make decisions relative to their end of life medical issues and/or assist loved ones make such decisions about end of life medical issues.\nBe equipped to have THE CONVERSATION relative to their decisions with patient advocate\, family\, and doctors.\nParticipants will receive a legal Advanced Directive document to complete\, indicating their choices for medical care at the end of life.\n\nA light lunch will be provided.
