Hannan House was built as a residence for older adults in 1971. Twenty-two years later, the building underwent a major transformation. Today, the Hannan House functions as a multi-agency nonprofit office center. Here, older adults living in the Detroit Metropolitan area find a variety of services provided by the Hannan Foundation and its partner agencies.
Zena Baum Senior Service Center

The Senior Service Center is operated by the Hannan Foundation and located on the third floor of Hannan House. In February 2007, the center was named in honor of Zena Baum, a Trustee of the Foundation for more than 30 years. Services include:
