DESCRIPTION:This hand-building workshop will teach participants a variety of techniques in this workshop\,including\, but not limited to\, how to make: flowerpots\, bird houses\, decorative bowls and African masks. In the second session participants will paint and glaze their pottery. The pottery will then be palced in a kiln and be ready to pick up within two weeks of completion. \nParticipants should bring an apron and an old towel for cleaning hands. All other materials will be supplied. Cost: $30.00 (cash\,check or money order) Meets August 10 & 17 (Thursdays) from 4:30pm – 6:30pm.
