Learn about organ donations\, death doulas\, Hospice\, green burials and more \nParticipants will:\n\nBe equipped with sufficient information to make decisions relative to their end of life medical issues and/or assist loved ones make such decisions about end of life medical issues.\nBe equipped to have THE CONVERSATION relative to their decisions with patient advocate\, family\, and doctors.\nParticipants will receive a legal Advanced Directive document to complete\, indicating their choices for medical care at the end of life.\n\nA light lunch will be provided.
